Refund and Returns Policy
Refund policy
Maxelti Active accepts return requests within 7 days of delivery. After this period, we may not be able to review your request.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
All returns must be authorized before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Certain items are non-returnable, including personalized products, hygiene-related goods, digital items, gift cards, and final sale products.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your claim, we may require:

After review, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect.
If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us first for authorization. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider (such as Stripe or PayPal).
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly. Maxelti Active is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered.
