This Refund and Returns Policy explains how return requests, refund approvals, exchanges, damaged or incorrect items, cancellations, inspection periods, return shipping, and refund timelines are handled. Return Window
Customers may request a return within 14 days after the order has been delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, tags, manuals, and any included parts.
Return requests made after the 14-day return window may not be accepted. We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives to make sure everything is correct and in good condition.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
• The item must be returned with its original packaging and all included accessories.

• The return request must be submitted within 14 days after delivery.
• The return must be approved by MAXELTI Active before the item is shipped back.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to safety, hygiene, product condition, or supplier restrictions. These may include, but are not limited to:
• Items that have been used, installed, assembled, modified, damaged, or altered.
• Products missing original packaging, tags, manuals, accessories, or parts.
• Clearance items, final sale items, or products marked as non-returnable.
• Gift cards, digital products, downloadable items, or promotional items.
• Items returned after the approved return period.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Return Approval & Instructions
All returns must be approved by MAXELTI Active before the item is shipped back. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the correct return instructions and the return address.
Please do not send products to any address without receiving approval first. The return address may vary depending on the product, supplier, warehouse, or fulfillment location.
Customers are responsible for following the return instructions provided. Items sent to the wrong address, returned without approval, or shipped without proper tracking may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise approved by MAXELTI Active.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. MAXELTI Active is not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, damaged, or delivered to the wrong location during return shipping.
If a return label is provided, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to an error on our side.
Inspection Process
Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected before a refund is approved. The inspection process usually takes 3–5 business days after the item arrives at the approved return location.
During inspection, we verify that the item matches the approved return request and that it meets the return eligibility requirements.
If the item is approved, the refund process will begin. If the item does not meet the return conditions, the refund may be denied, reduced, or subject to additional review.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Once approved, refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Please note that original shipping fees, return shipping fees, handling fees, or other non-refundable charges may not be included in the refund unless the return was caused by an error, damaged item, defective item, or incorrect shipment.

Exchanges
Exchanges may be available depending on the item, product condition, and stock availability. If you need a different size, model, color, or replacement item, please contact us before returning your order.
If the requested replacement is available, we will provide instructions for the exchange. If the item is no longer available, we may offer a refund, store credit, or another suitable solution.
Exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must follow the same eligibility requirements as returns.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order or before the order has been processed or shipped, whichever comes first.
Because many orders move quickly into processing, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be approved after the order has been submitted.
If your order has already been processed, shipped, or fulfilled, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation. In that case, you may need to follow the standard return process after the item has been delivered.

Restocking Fees
In certain cases, a restocking fee may apply. This may happen when an item is returned opened, missing packaging, missing accessories, requiring additional handling, or not returned in its original condition.
Restocking fees are not applied automatically to every return. Each case is reviewed individually based on the condition of the item and the reason for the return.
If a restocking fee applies, it may be deducted from the final refund amount.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has been approved but you have not received it yet, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If the refund still does not appear after that period:

• Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
• Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
