Our story
Why we started this outdoor gear store
MAXELTI ACTIVE started in 2026, and the reason is not complicated. Camping, fishing, hunting, long drives to nowhere in particular — that world has always pulled at us. It is the kind of interest that stays with you whether or not you get out as often as you would like.
What pushed us to open the outdoor gear store was the buying part, not the outdoors part. Looking for a decent headlamp or a cooler that actually holds ice turns into an afternoon of scrolling through listings that all claim the same things, with photos that tell you nothing and specs that tell you less. You end up guessing. Sometimes the guess is fine. Often it is not, and you find out on the trip.
So we built the outdoor gear store we wanted to buy from — one where every product has been looked at properly before it earns a place.
Chosen, not collected
Photos, specs and buyer reviews are read before a product earns a place here. Most of what we look at never gets that far.
Free shipping on most items
Most of our gear ships free across the US, no minimum order. When an item carries a shipping cost, you see it before you pay. Nothing is added after checkout.
14-day returns
Unused and in its original packaging, within 14 days of delivery. If it arrives damaged or wrong, the return is on us.
If you need help
Write to support@maxeltiactive.com. You get a reply, usually within one business day. Returns, refunds and damaged orders are reviewed case by case, never by an automatic rule.
Our filter
How we pick what goes in the outdoor gear store
Most of what we look at never makes it here. For every product on this page there are others we turned down — for photos that hid something, for reviews that showed a pattern, for a spec that did not survive a second look. Nothing gets listed just to fill a page.
We look at the photos first
If a product cannot be shown clearly, something is usually being hidden. Blurry, cluttered or borrowed images are an immediate no.
We read what buyers say, not what sellers say
Marketing copy is free to write. Patterns in real complaints are not.
We look at the parts that fail first
Zippers, seals, battery claims, water resistance ratings. The parts that decide whether something survives a season.
Nothing is listed to fill space
A product goes live when it has passed the checks. Not before, and not to make the catalog look bigger.
Buying with confidence
Free shipping on most items. 14-day returns. Secure checkout through Stripe, which handles your card details directly — we never see or store them. And policies written to be read before you buy, not after.

How long will my order take?
We prepare orders in 1–3 business days, and delivery usually takes 7–20 business days after that. Items from our own MAXELTI Active line are quicker: they ship within 2–5 business days and arrive 3–4 business days later. We would rather tell you honestly up front than promise two days and leave you refreshing a tracking page. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Orders with several items may arrive in more than one parcel. Each one ships as soon as it is ready, so you are not left waiting on the slowest item.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the United States, free of charge. We do not ship outside the United States. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Send us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will sort it out — replacement, exchange or refund, depending on the case.
What do you actually sell?
